I went snowmobiling yesterday and it was one of the most exhillerating things I have ever done. We had a group of 10 and got an amazing deal. We were only meant to go for 2 hours but ended up staying out in the backcountry for over 3.5 hours. Came home in the dark with our headlights on. We spent the majority of the time cruising along at about 60km/hour on narrow trails but we were given some “free riding time” in a nice big open space and we clocked well over 100km/hour… absolutely amazing!
Had a few hairy moments when one ski would lift off the snow while cornering. Actually quite hard to steer, you really have to lean into the corners otherwise you just don’t turn.
