Slept in a little bit today, cooked some pancakes for breakfast which are provided by the hostel and made it out on the hill at about 10am. The snow was much better today, still no new snow but much softer than Thursday.
The temperature has still been positive which is weird for this time of year. Hopefully we’ll get some more snow in the next week or so! I was talking to a bloke on the chairlift and he reckons that Whistler was actually closed today as the rain has really affected its base.
Spent most of the day in the snowboard park as visibility at the top of the mountain was poor. I did a few rails and hit some jumps faster than I have before … getting better every day. Landed a backside 360 which was cool. Some of the locals absolutley rip!
